Twin City Roller Doors is celebrating twenty years of business this year. Since Twin City Roller Doors began in 1999, we have met some amazing customers and have been fortunate to stamp our brand on some incredible projects. These are projects that have spanned all through NSW and Victoria. However, our core lies on the border.
Twin City Roller Doors all began with our Director Mark. Starting out as a young builder and building a brand name to last two decades of business change, turbulent growth and establishment is a testament to a business dream that can only be achieved by years and years of hard work. At first Twin City Roller Doors was a one man team, a couple of installers came along followed by some sales representatives. We developed an office team and now there are 22 people working together every day to help customers feel safe and secure in their homes.
Over the twenty years, we feel we have shown the border what it means to be a local and how trusting a local business when it comes to your home is a choice made with integrity. Whether replacing a door at home, commercial projects at the many businesses around town or simply the once a year service when we see customers year after year, each part of the jobs we have carried out have taught us , some trying us, to be better for our customers than the last. The small moments with customers and how you can help someone are some of the impacting memories that our team enjoys the most. If we have made your day by helping you get you get your car out in time for work, fix the noise that was bothering you, make you smile when you pull into your driveway about how great your home looks, we remember these moments. Perhaps we were able to make your life that little bit easier, setting up for both your home or work or maybe closing in a carport to keep your new car away from prying eyes.
Sometimes the challenges of small business can be the most rewarding…. We have learnt that is okay to not get everything done in one day. We can try to rush to every job, but that is not the Twin City way. We do not sacrifice a quality job for the sake of getting more work done.
Our team has evolved and changed. The old saying is that people come and go. There are many that have came and stayed, and it is rewarding to share this milestone with many staff who have shared the blood sweat and tears for many years. Today, there are several staff members whom have shared this journey for ten years together.
This anniversary celebration gives the opportunity to say thankyou to you, the community. Also to the suppliers, staff members, subcontractors, and business professionals that have shared many hours of our time. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of a name that goes far beyond building a brand. The years of hard work and dedication have been a life building exercise.
There have been some milestones, and highs and lows. Some of the biggest accomplishments through our journey have been
